At Redi-Thotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our orthotics do not provide the comfort or support you expected, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the orthotics in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RA number clearly written.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the items back to our processing center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
